About
A serious Calgary studio. Quietly run.
ProLine Millwork Inc. is a custom-millwork studio in southeast Calgary. Kitchens, whole-home renovations, built-ins, and commercial fit-outs — designed and built under one roof by our team.

A small team that takes pride in the work.
ProLine Millwork builds custom cabinetry, renovations, decks, fences, stairs, furniture and millwork for Calgary homes and businesses. Every piece is drawn, built, finished and installed by our own team — no outsourced labour, no flat-pack panels, no anonymous subcontractors.
I'm Andrii. I put this team together because I wanted serious custom millwork to be a real option for normal Calgary households — not just for the city's wealthiest postcodes. We use the right material for the project: solid hardwood where the grain matters, plywood carcasses, quality paint-grade panel and MDF where they make more sense than solid wood. The decision is honest and we'll explain it.
Pricing is built to be accessible. We share rough numbers in the first conversation so you can decide whether to keep talking, and we lock the quote at design lock — no surprises after. Schedules move quickly because the whole process runs under one roof and we plan the build before we cut.
Quality, accessible, fast. If that sounds like the kind of room or project you're planning, we should talk.
Four commitments, in writing.
These are not aspirations — they are written into every quote, every contract, and the workmanship warranty that ships with the work.

Quality, AWMAC-grade
Member of the Architectural Woodwork Manufacturers Association of Canada — our work is built to the AWMAC quality standards. Joinery you can inspect, finishes that age well, and care that holds for decades.
02
Right material for the project
Solid hardwood where the grain shows. Plywood carcasses for cabinet boxes. Quality paint-grade panel and MDF for painted faces, where they hold paint better and stay flat. We pick materials that serve your project, not ones that flatter our marketing.
03
Owner-operated
Andrii Nikolaienko draws every project, runs every site visit, and is on the floor at install. There are no junior estimators, no out-of-town designers, and no subcontracted millwork.
04
Quote firm at design lock
Once the design is signed off, the price is the price. Variations are documented and priced before they're built — no surprises after. Workmanship is warranted in writing in every contract.
Calgary, and the corridor west.
Most of our work is residential, across Calgary neighbourhoods — heritage kitchens in Mount Royal, library renovations in Bel-Aire, downtown loft fit-outs in the Beltline and Eau Claire, and plenty of suburban remodels and outdoor builds elsewhere in the city. We also take on a small number of projects in Banff, Canmore, and the foothills each year.
If you are outside that radius, write to us anyway — we read every enquiry.

Andrii Nikolaienko
Founder & Master Craftsman
Andrii has spent over fifteen years building cabinetry in Calgary — apprenticed early in family workshops, then most of his career running benches and installs across Alberta's residential millwork scene. He launched ProLine in 2026 to bring serious custom millwork to Calgary at honest prices and an honest timeline. Andrii draws every project and is on every install.

Mykola Vyhivskyi
Senior Cabinetmaker & Installer
Eighteen years at the bench and on site — from straight casework to complex book-matched runs in tight Calgary heritage homes. Mykola is the person clients meet on day one of the install: framing the rough opening, setting level lines, and quietly deciding which out-of-square wall is going to need scribed back-panels before any cabinet goes up.

Orest Milyak
Lead Project Specialist
Orest runs the projects from design lock through to handover — drawings, weekly schedules, and the dozen small decisions a build needs along the way. Twelve years coordinating custom-millwork projects across residential and boutique commercial work. The reason a ProLine schedule holds is mostly Orest.

Roman Khrystoforov
Site Foreman & Installer
Twenty years installing custom millwork across residential and commercial projects. Roman runs the install crew on site — responsible for finished tolerances, dust protection, the daily call to the homeowner, and the moment the last drawer pull is set. Hands steady enough to scribe a panel against an out-of-square 1920s wall and not curse.

Oleh Zerkalov
Senior Installer & Finisher
Sixteen years working between the finishing room and the install site — oils, waxes, hand-rubbed lacquers, and the touch needed to scribe trim against a ceiling that moves with the seasons. Oleh handles the finish work on every ProLine kitchen and is the second pair of hands on every install. Quiet, patient, and very hard to rush.
