01The project
A downtown loft that wanted the warmth of a craftsman's home without giving up the city view. We let the raw concrete and steel stay raw, then ran wide-plank rift-cut oak millwork through every room as a quiet counter-line. Evening lighting is intentionally walnut-warm.
